1. 29th Street Pedestrian Promenade: Artist-designed fencing with designs or cutouts that are emblematic of this particular, adjacent part of the Greenway should be commissioned. The designs/cutouts might depict icons or symbols related to neighborhoods and/or commercial activity (natural, historic or contemporary). Artist-designed seating should also be considered and markers, signifying proximity to the Greenway should be included at this site. A potential artist-designed overlook site.

2. **Future Phase 2 Trail Ramp(s):
These entries into the Greenway near 15th Avenue, like the entries at the east and west ends, should celebrate access to a special place. An artist-designed entry feature that is inviting and sculptural, visible from a distance, and includes a lighting element should be commissioned. If this is a double ramp, a single artist should develop a project that includes both sides. Other ramp forms might be explored where land is available, for example a terraced ramp that also form, seating element, or amphitheater space. Greenway identifying markers should be added to this site and the approach to it along the north-south avenues.

3. Bloomington Avenue Streetscape:
The design of the streetscape along Bloomington Avenue should be coordinated with Greenway development and should include identifying markers, i.e. specially-designed Greenway flags, or other objects that are durable but easily replaceable, which signal that one is approaching the Greenway. These markers should be placed in multiple locations leading up to the Greenway through its entire length.

4. Neighborhood Connector Project:
The neighborhood has already produced preliminary design work related to the development of this trail that connects to the Greenway. The opening up of the Greenway (digging into the side wall of the north side and opening it up level with the pathway) has been recommended. Among other uses, this as a potential performance venue and outdoor classroom space for Heart of the Beast Puppet Theatre. An artist should be added to the design team for this project and work closely with Heart of the Beast to incorporate theatrical amenities such as a stage, seating, shade structures, tables, etc.
