1. **East Gateway Entry to Greenway: This is the eastern-most point and the terminus of the Greenway and, as such, requires some acknowledgement. This project should be coordinated with the project described below.

2. Mississippi River Bridge: A large-scale, artist-designed lighting project should be commissioned for this location, as the Greenway approaches and crosses the bridge. This is a potential pedestrian connection toward St. Paul. A dramatic gesture of lighting, which would reflect in the River, should be utilized to connect the two cities and articulate this important transition of the Greenway from city to city.
