PARTICIPANTS NEEDED for

Focus Groups for "The Greenway at Midtown" Townhomes

You are invited to participate in a focus group discussion for new for-sale multifamily housing to be constructed in the Midtown Exchange redevelopment.

Project for Pride in Living, Inc. (“PPL”) has been approved to construct new for-sale housing units aligning 29th Street and 11th Avenue. PPL is a non-profit organization whose mission is to assist lower- and middle-income people and families working toward self sufficiency by providing housing, jobs and training.

PPL has asked Maxfield Research Inc. to conduct this focus group study. Maxfield Research is a local independent real estate consulting company with experience conducting real estate market research and consulting.

During this meeting, you will have the opportunity to share your thoughts and ideas regarding for-sale housing on the site. As a participant in the focus group program, your views and experiences are extremely valuable in helping PPL. This focus group will help PPL design a for-sale multifamily housing project that will best serve the Midtown Exchange redevelopment area.
